Anyone printing from Revit Arch 2010 to a KIP 5000?

It appears that since we upgraded to Revit Arch 2010 from Revit Arch 2009, images no longer pirnt out. I have sent my files over to KIP's product engineers and they are able to reproduce the same rsults on their end.

They are saying it is a problem with the software and not their printer drivers. I contact Autodesk support via the subscription center and their response was:

"I am sorry but you will need to contact KIP. Autodek does not have the specifications for their drivers and we do not control them. You are able to do everything on other plotters and from PDF. The bad link in the equation is the plotter."

As a work around we have been printing to PDF and sending the PDF to the KIP which works, but these extra steps are ridiculous and the Autodesk and KIP are just pointing the finger at one another.

Images in projects does in Revit Arch 2009 print out just fine. Very frustrated so if anyone is able to provide on insite to this issue its much appreciated.

Thank You

We are using a KIP 7000 and have the same problem. We are either creating a pdf first or have also found that if we take the images out of the titleblock family and insert it into each sheet of the project - the image prints fine.

Check the printer preferences. See screen shot attached.

Change it from KIP GL to KIP Script.

Also, I recieved some updated drivers from KIP that I have not tested yet, but they claim it fixes the raster imge printing in Revit 2010. PM me your e-mail address and I can send you the drivers.
