multi-flight stairs

what's the best way to model the stair (attached)
as you can i see i modelled it in 'pieces' hence not being able to maintain same properties for the stairs and landing for some of the flights.
could someone help with the most efficient step-by-step approach for modelling the stairs.
(note flight labeled "1" is not the same length as 2,3,4,5)

Depending on level to level height use the Multistory properties.
So yes you will need more then one.
