How to move multi objects for same distance?

I have a trouble when i modify multi obj. They have same distance but now these have changed. I must pick one per once for move. How to do it so fast?

If I understand correctly - set PICKADD = 1.

Sorry, could you explain a bit more? Or better yet attach a sample of what you want to do. It's a bit difficult to understand exactly.
