Titleblock Labels Referencing View Placed on Sheet

I'm trying to make a custom title block with labels that will take information from a view that I actually place onto the sheet. I understand Shared parameters exc, but the info I want to show up is in the View Properties of a view I am putting onto a sheet, not just referring to the project in general. The best example of what I'm aiming for.... is how if you place just one view onto a sheet, the Scale Label on the Title block reads the info from the view's properties. How can I create more labels like the Scale Label?

You can't. That behavior is programmed into Revit and can't be customized.
