I used simple solid sweep to make a chair leg. The end result looks a little funny, as if it were stretched taffy. It almost looks as if the solid has been turned inside out. I have had this happen numerous times with other round extrusions and sweeps. Any guesses as to the cause of the problem? Could it be a compatibility issue with my video card, or is a bug in Revit? I have come across other weird display problems as well, such as zebra striping on what should be a smooth solid surface. Anybody else having these problems??

Yeah, I get the same thing on circular rails.

Here is one more example of Revit display weirdness. It is supposed to be a smooth finish chair leg but looks more like a crushed tin can. What is up with that? It sure would be nice to have the basics of a CAD program (i.e. the display) working correctly.

Lots of display bugs like that in the prog still, imho.
Have you tried outputting or rendering yet?
