Wall-floor junction

Hi,

Can anyone advise how to set up this wall-floor junction (see attached)?

Two questions relating to this:

1) Is there a way to set back the screed within the floor family or would I have to set up a new floor family just for the screed?

2) How to I get the wall to break where the slab is sitting within it?

Do a join geometry between the wall and floor.

Set the screed layer above the core boundry of the floor when setting up your floor.
You should get the desired result then.
