worksharing monitor doesn't show one user

We have one user that will not show up on anyones worksharing monitor (2010) for some reason. She has the same Revit 2010 build as everyone else, same 64-bit machine. Same worksharing monitor.... just can't figure this out. Anyone see this before? Any suggestions?

I reinstalled it and it works now. Must have been a bad install or something.
