sos- level ' elevation change

I put levels' elevation as Revit default, such as 0'- 0", 10' - 0" at begining.
now i am required to coordinate with civil's drawing , so the elevation will change to 100.60' etc...
when i try to change it in the levation view, the building becomes messy, because not each element constraint to the elevation.
can i just set the 0'-0" as the 100.60', so my buiding model won't be destroyed?
really need help.

i relocate the building as you said, it works. thank you.
another question is how i can set the elevation to show as 100.60' instead of 100' 7 51/256"
