Fill Pattern Scale Control

Hello, I would like to have control of my fill patterns separate from the view scale. For example, in my cavity wall family, I want the fill pattern to appear at all view scales the way it does when it is at a scale of 1/2"=1'. So basically I want to control the scale factor with out changing the view scale. Any suggestions on how to do this, I'm sure there is something simple I am missing.

sounds like you should check up on the differences between drafting patterns and model patterns. I believe a drafting pattern will do what you want.

I think what he is after is having a Model Pattern as a Cut pattern in a wall, which you cannot do.
