Render material

I have downloaded the window families from JELD WEN at http://www.parametrx.com/912/templates/index.asp?

Has anyone looked at these to see if they are any good?

Ihave tried to render one of the windows, but have been unable to do it. The families have the material in them. My question is, how do you get the material in to the render appearance dialog box? It does not show up as a choice.

I have attached one of the families.

Check the object style(sub-category) of the members in the family, see what they are placed on. then in your project make sure those are assigned a material. then make sure that material is defined with a real material.
