How can i fixed this textstring in dwg?

Hi Everyone!

I'm nokiya2000 live in korea and i work for GIS company ,

Someday i finded some promblems from my dwg File..

when i clicked a text, it show me like under the images..

i couldn't understand what the cause about it.. ...

Anyone know how to fixed it ?

please help me... thanks for readed my artilcle..


P.S : i added up my dwg files and two images...
