Is there a stated uptime anywhere for the Green Building Studio cloud? I need to get to some data right now (and for the last two hours) and I get a service down message. It's a shame that after I convince people to use this, I look like an idiot because I can't pull up the data in a meeting.

Wow Andre, still no answer?! Maybe Autodesk farmed out GBS support to the same folks Microsoft depended on to keep the Danger/Sidekick database up and running? In all seriousness, I have mentioned this issue to staff, and we won't be planning on using GBS in front of a client for the time being.
Autodesk, some explanation would be appropriate here.

Not being able to show the results was probably a good thing, the results, while realistic, didn't feel right anyway. FWIW, it's working great today, and much faster than last week before their scheduled downtime so maybe I just caught it at a bad time.
The question on the table was, given half a day and a Revit model can you tell me about how much money we'll spend on lighting with and without daylight harvesting. Since I had the Revit model ready to go, and daylight controls are a checkbox away in GBS, I thought that this would be a no brainer... wrong. The results show a savings of only 2%, which probably means that it's not reading the windows correctly, and as noted, I couldn't even show what I did have when needed.
Oh well, I still think this is promising technology and hope to use it down the line with more realistic deadlines for error checking and printing PDF's of the results so I don't rely on the web service to be up.
I didn't bother contacting support because my deadline is already passed. We ended using the marketing numbers from the controls manufacturer and adjusting them to our square footages.
