I needed some lattice panels for a current project and after trying to work with one that I had downloaded years back (arrays, voids, too big & bulky) I decided to try my hand at making one as a curtain wall. Works great!

Anyway, rectangular mullions 3/8 x 2. Mullion for 'X' direction has positive offset, 'Y' has negative. They are specified in the Type properties, at a Fixed Distance spacing of 4". I made an Empty System Panel that is 100% transparent. The Instance properties will allow the X-Y elements either ortho or diagonal.

I've only got (4) panels, each about 96" x 84". I've disallowed joins, and the early returns are that the concept seems to work just hunky-dory.
