Nope. Although there is an Autocad plug in. So you could do some tracing?

The arrow features don't work to change direction, but we use it coupled with a bluetooth laptop and the disto distance software all the time. Just set the D8 to transfer the units in decimal feet. Works great, we blow through existing conditions in about 1/3 of the time.

Late post I know but PointKnown's, PKNail connects a Disto D8 with Revit 2010 and up.
Some videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/PKLabs
Measure/Build in field with a press of a button.
We're having a limited launch in December 2010, full launch for March 2011.
Goal was to automate most of the rote tasks done in the field, and create repeatable work flows to get accurate results.
Feel free to e-mail me direct if any questions. jfoster(at)pointknown.com

They might have a solution for your problem, connecting the Leica Disto with bluetooth directly to your Revit program.
They also have YUZU for AutoCAD
