Thanks, but I need an actual canoe. I'm working on a project which is a Canoe House...no boats allowed.

Build a family where the canoe is built from blends. Develop a series of named ref planes that divide the canoe's length into several sections, or stations as they call them in shipbuilding. Blend the cross sectional profile you want at one station into the profile at the next station. If you want to get fancy you can do the hull and gunwales as two separate blends. Join the sections together using the Join Geometry tool to remove the joints between the blends.
