Option Bar issues - Revit 2010

Has anyone had an issue with your option bar doubling (or tripling) over itself and moving the screen? This is a catostrophic problem as everything I select gets moved.

Yup. And it is pretty easy to fix.

It's not really a "fix". It's just a way to keep the jumping issue from affecting things on your drawings.

Unfortunately the latest round of updates (Subscription Advantage Pack) still do not fix the problem.
