Does anyone know of a way to create electrical, heating, and plumbing plans using Revit Architecture?

Duplicate your plans, set the graphics to greyed-out (many ways to do that) and start laying in drafting symbols for your MEP. And you're drawing lines to represent wiring, plumbing & ducting, of course.
