RAC2010 Subscription Pack / Structural Settings

Were has the structural settings gone? After installing the Subscription Pack which added the structural tab, I can no longer find where you get to the structural settings dialog box that used be accessible from the Home tab - Structural Panel. Am I just not seeing it?

Noted the settings are still accessible in debug mode. Changes appear to stick when in Ribbon model
