Hide same Objects in Multiple Views

In my floor plan, I have hidden some of the gridlines and set up a crop region.

I now want to create upper floor plans with the same crop region, and the same gridlines hidden.

Is there a simple way of doing this than setting up each view manually?

For the crop region, you can use a scope box.
As for the visibility of some gridlines, I use a filter.
For that, you have to create a new family (or type) of grid and filter that out. I do that with the type name (auxiliary/temporary/etc), but you can use any parameter.
