Symbolic lines in group not mirroring properly

I am creating an in-place family, and within that in-place family I have grouped some model geometry and symbolic lines. When I mirror that group within the in-place family, all of the model geometry mirrors properly, but the symbolic lines don't to mirror properly, they appear in the identical location as those in the original group. If I copy the group all elements of the group, including the symbolic lines appear as expected in the copied groups location. Please advise.

I believe this is a known issue--try ungrouping the lines within the in-place family.

There are issues with "nested" groups; and I suspect this is a similar issue.

Better yet, build the family outside the project using a proper template, and then load into
your project.
