Is it possible to modify the levels in Revit? For instance when I start a project in Revit the parameters for levels are already set i.e. level 1 at 0'-0". If I start a project like this how would I change the levels to incorporate a level below 0'-0" with out it being a negative number or do I have to start the project all over from scratch?

The only way to not have a negative number for subterranean levels is to have your ground level at something higher than 0' - 0".

You could change your template so that Level One is at 100 feet, for example. Or you could relocate the project to the correct "real-world" shared elevation based on survey information.

You can move levels to whatever elevation you want. Of course it's nice to do that before you start modeling building elements, which is why it's a good idea to set up your template to be the way you want it for most project.
