After looking at Ian's post here - I stumbled onto JitBit's "Autotext" utility (http://www.jitbit.com/autotext.aspx). Decided to give it a try. Seems to be working very well to reproduce repeating notes. Elimates a lot of tedium. If we every get a text editor from Autodesk would be nice to have similar within.
