i am drawing an equipment plan of the classroom, which has funiture, casework and speciality equipment.
when i try to tag them, i know there should 3 different tags for each of them in REVIT.
could there be one equipment tag to apply all the stuffs in the classroom?

A Multi-Category Tag is intended to serve this sort of purpose--
However, it may not work for waht you are trying to do, depending on
which families are in use and how they are set up to tag.

Depending on what type of parameter youre trying to tag, the multi-catagory tag may not work. Since you said youre using a Shared Parameter, is it one that is loaded in to all of the catagories you mentioned above?

We have tags created for all catagories, that "are the same tag," just with a save-as and the appropriate catagory selected. So we hit "tag by catagory" and they all look the same. Only takes a few minutes to set up.

Then we have multi-cat tags set up that read other information like Type comments and type marks, for the items whos regular tags read Mark values...

do you know where i can import them?
