Multi level pad-creating

I am designing a multi-level detached garage with an office. The garage part of the building is 2'-0" below the office end. How would I create a building pad on a topo that would work in this situation. In reality I would have to remove 2'-0" of earth to create this. Just not sure how to do it in Revit. I'm fairly new to it, but love it.

Welcome to the forums Richard,
You would need to create two separate pads to do this. Each one would have a different height setting. Keep in mind that pad sketches cannot overlap at all so you need to be careful about the adjoining edges. I'll usually create the lines for the second pad by using the pick option to select the edges of the first pad.
