Hey guys could someone help me with Revit? I want ot make filled region (with colour or material for example) and be visible in 3d and could render. Is that possible? Thanking you in advance!

Looks like you are actually looking for materials and not filled regions. If you go to the properties of your walls (and most elements you have in Revit) you'll see they have an option to assign materials. In walls, materials can be found by editing the structure of the wall. On top of that, materials can be created and later be applied to faces of elements by using the paint bucket. Materials will display in 3D (with patterns if a 3D pattern) and will carry render and textures information, allowing you to render 3D views very easily.
