Lost my terminal strip editor

Help I seem to have lost my terminal strip editor it will not come up when I click on its Icon or in panel layout menu. Any Idea's how to find if its file still exist?

Last attempt would be run the repair tool (should be on the AutoCAD disc). If that doesn't work try uninstalling & reinstalling AutoCAD. (Hint: After uninstalling reboot then reinstall.)
