Problem with Sloped Balusters

When I am able to get it my baulster to slope it doesn't connect where I want it. Also is there a way in Revit 2009 to truncate a pattern, or will I have to make custom balusters for each instance?

Sorry for the late reply.

To get the baluster panel to distort properly with the host's slope, you have to contrain the geometry sketch edges correctly. This is probably one of the trickiest family categories to build. See if you can take another stab.

No you cannot truncate the pattern. You have to create unique families or types and define them in the railing dialog. Railings in Revit "work", but they're not design friendly.
