IFC issues

I have issues with an IFC import - the result is not always accurate, and "solids" are merely a collection of faces and not real, cuttable solids.

Anyone know of a good third party application that will allow me to clean up / rebuild IFC, and/or improve the IFC-to-Revit transition phase?
