Revisions

Has anyone worked out if it is possible to hide / remove / merge revisions without changing the sequence in the titleblocks.
My problem is that I have run out of allocated room for revisions and need to merge the older ones. When I do this my original revision B becomes revision A and the history of revisions is lost.
I need to remove revision A and have Revision B onwards remain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of merging old revisions, I just choose to not have them visible on the revision schedule.

I´ve setup the revision schedule, to only show the 6 most current revisions - then when I reach 7, revision 1 just drops out of the list in the titleblock.

You can do this by editing your titleblock with the revision schedule in it, hit properties for the schedule, and set it to builf the schedule from the bottom-up, and by setting the height to userdefined... :beer:
