light fixture tag tool

After trying to modify my text styles for my light fixture tags I noticed now that my tag tool doesn't work anymore. So now I have a tool that doesn't work and I still don't have the proper text style. I tried to drop in the tool again from the tools catalog but no success. If anybody has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
