Early on in the project, I moved my model to where the AutoCAD site plan came in. After many discussions and a ton of problems, I now know that being too far from the origin is a VERY bad thing. Regardless, the structural engineer has his model at the origin point and just drags the architecture model into place. Is there a way to move my revit model to align with his structural model??? Relocate project keeps moving the origin point relative to the distance I move the project so that doesn't help - and if I use the move command, I leave behind all the annotation and grid lines etc. Is there any solution to this mess I've created???

Rather than mving the model to where the AutoCAD file came in, you needed to use Aquire Coordinates which would have made the Revit file and the AutoCAD file 'align' on the same coordinate system. Then you could use shared coordinates, to publish coordinate system from your model to the structual.

I know that now - - it was a huge mistake which has resulted in visibility issues as well.
Is there any way I can get the project back to the origin - I am really far from it right now.
