Creating a Conduit Schedule

I am trying to find a way to have MEP create a conduit schedule, showing conduit designation and the to and from.
I designate my conduit runs by number and create a schedule for my clients listing the runs by number and the pullbox or equipment it's coming from and the pullbox or equipment it's going to. I use a custome part with connection points for my pullboxes and equipment. Is there a way to get MEP to build this schedule for me by either tagging the conduit runs and pullboxes or something?

I use AutoCAD Electrical and that information can be created through schematic reports. Is there some kind of reporting utility with MEP?
