Keynote Settings in Project

Hi Guys-
I moved my Keynote File to a new location.

I had this problem before in 2010 - I am looking for Keynote Settings - in a project. In family creation it is under MANAGE - KEYNOTE Why is it not the same in a PROJECT?

I thought it use to be the same -but I can't find it! Anyone know where it is hiding?
