Hi,

We are using Revit 2010 on Windows 7 and have the following problem.

Not matter what colour we apply to a solid filled region the print out is always completely black. (In the print setting we use 'black lines' as colors.)

Now, if I override the color properties of a single filled region (by element) it is printed in the correct way?

Any help would be mostly appreciated.

Regards,

If you want colours to come through don't use black lines because it will make everything black. Rather leave it on colour.

Hi Elmo,

Ive attached two pdf-files to clarify the problem we have a bit more in detail.

Please note that both pdf files were created using the same print setting (color: 'black line')

The 'wrong' file shows that the filled region gets printed completely back although the color is exactly the same as being used for the wall hatch.

The 'correct' file shows how it should look like but I only achieve this in overwriting the element properties (by element) in the current view. (Funny enough the color Im using to overwrite it is excatly the same as the one being use in the first place when creating the filled region...

Any thoughts on this?

Regards,
