Custom Keynotes

How do you create custom keynote descriptions?, I have created a custom description in the .txt file, see attached image. However when I load this into my project it appears with a question mark next to it see 2nd attached image.

Am I entering the decription in wrong in the txt file?

Looking at the keynote text file, you need to tab and add F1 at the end of the line.

Syntax on the keynote text file must be entered exactly and correctly, or the
annotation in the Revit model will not work correctly.

As a good place to start, when adding a new line into the keynote text file, copy an existing line directly above it and then edit it, being careful to tab and align to match the
existing line above.
