How do I create a Ceiling Plan for a Level?

I have a Level in my project that does not have an associated Ceiling Plan. Can someone enlighten me as to how I would generate a new ceiling plan. Thanks.

You can create new plan views (and RCP views) from the View Tab. On the Create Panel is a drop tool for Plan Views. You can pick the Level you want to associate the view with.
