I'm suddenly having an issue with dialog boxes not appearing on top of the Revit window. If I try to print, open view properties, or otherwise do any command that invokes the save reminder, it appears that nothing happens on the screen. I have to click in the middle of the screen and then the dialog box appears and flashes several times (the annoying reminder that you can't click anywhere else outside the box until you close the box).
This is on Windows 7 x64. It seems to help if I close items on my right display, but Revit is on my left display and shouldn't be affected by what's on the right display.
It's getting to the point now where I have to click in the middle of the screen between every step when printing to a PDF, even a click just to get the PDF Save As box to appear.
