Transfer Floor Plan Views

An interesting opportunity has presented itself.

While working on a 09 project a parent view of a floor level disappeared or was deleted from the project. A backup file has been located but it is from a few days back. Is there a way to get the floor plan views from the backup to the current file?

I have a feeling we need to just drop back to the backup and transfer detail views and information where possible.

I think you can only transfer schedules, legends, sheets, and detail views. I don't think you can transfer plan views. However, you ought to be able to recreate the floor plan and simply copy/paste the annotations from the back-up.
