Insert from File > View - Schedule brings in a new viewport type

This seems a bit odd, but when bring in a schedule I get a warning that about Duplicate Types - Sunlight from top right.

The real annoyance is it also brings in a new view port type for some reason, which can be kind of annoying being Viewport: Viewport 1 and Viewport: Viewport 2 are the same.

So does anybody know how to either stop this or at least delete the extra viewport?

FYI, it it is only happenign on a few schedules not all, I will just rebuild the problem ones.
