Matchline Types

Is there a way to make different Matchline Types? We have a large building broken up into Zones, then into smaller parts within those Zones. Any ideas on how we could control the visibility of those matchlines? I can make subcategories but I don't see a way to assign those to different types.

I haven't used a lot of projects that needed matchlines but aren't they just fancy model lines? Couldn't you just make a new line type named "matchline secondary" or something and pin them?

Of course, you can do this. However, you won't be able to assign vertical "depth" to these lines the way you do matchlines. So you would need to copy/paste them to each floor and group them, so that they will stay sync'd with each other.
