I have my level 1 set at the top of the finished floor on the 1st floor of the house. The porch floor is a few inches below that. I have it modeled this way but on a floor plan there are some things that don't look quite right, namely that walls around the porch, whose tops are below the 1st floor level, do not show up. I can see them by adjusting the view range, but then I see the walls in the basement for the rest of the house.
I came across a tool that lets you draw a box on a floor plan then adjust the view range for what is inside that box seperate from the rest of the plan, I just can't remember what it's called. Anyone know?
