RAC 2010 Legend Views

Ok, I am making my Frame Elevation sheet using a legend view. This is working o.k., but Revit doesnt want to let me place a tag in a legend view. I can place a symbol just fine, but that is not linked back to the component. I want a tag that will populate my frame type based on what is specified in the component using shared parameters. is this something that is possible at all?

Figured it out! Its because a legend component contains no intelligence or any of the properties from the family, therefore a tag has nothing to read from. Sucks.

Previous Phase Legends. They let you do everything. :)

What is this Previous Phase Legend? How do you make that?

Search for that exact phrase here... Its been discussed and explained, with tons of screen captures to boot. But i havent touched a "Revit legend" in almost 2 years...
