a team member of mine has run in to an issue. He has lost his pull down menus and his toolbars from his 32 bit naviswork manage. The license was recently switched to a home use license. I don't figure that has anything to do with it, but i figured i would mention it just in case. We are uninstallling and reinstalling as i write this, so hopefully that will fix the issue. But if any one has any other ideas on how to fix this i am all ears.

User interface issues? Almost always a workspace setting.

I have to agree with dgorsman, it's a workspace / cui issue. Check that ya'll got them configured correctly.

How can you configure a workspace when there is no menu to access the settings?

Right click in the area that would normally be occupied by a toolbar, and you should get a list of toolbars to show/hide. One of them will contain the workspace button.
