Checking a Family Category

Is there a way I can find out what category I assigned to a Family? I've exhausted all of the obvious spots (at least the ones that are obvious to me). I can see the sub-categories when I choose individual objects in the familly, but not the entire family itself.

Hover over the element, the menu bar will list the family category and name.

If its an in-place family, you can also, select the element, click on "Edit Family " then go to Settings, Family Category and Parameters, the dialogue box will open with the current family category highlighted.

Are you editing the family itself? Settings>Family Category and Parameters
