Can not run Revit Architecture and MEP after Upgrade to window 7

Hi Everyone:

I just wonder anyone have the same problem? I just upgrade from Vista Ultmate to Window 7 Ultimate. After upgrade, I can not run Revit Architecture and MEP 2009 and 2010? Any suggestion or any solution? Now, I even can not reinstall it. Thanks!

So far, I didnt encounter any problem. Two laptop, upgraded from Vista Ultimate x64 to Win7 Ultimate x64. What was your windows before and after? x86 or x64?

Thanks for your reply. I upgrade from Vista Ultimate 64 to Win 7 Ultimate 64. After after upgrade nothing can open. Bothe Revit Architecture and Revit MEP are telling me there are some fatal error, programs need to be closed.

I even can not reinstall it. It gave me some error code said I am not the admin so I could not install the software. However, I login as an admin. I don't know why? I even trun UAC off, still not working.

I assume your computer is not upgrade from Vista to Win 7, right? I do believe there is something wrong during the upgrade.

Right click the install program and say "Run as Administrator"

I had no issues installing Revit on my win 7 machine....
