can any one explain how a Key Schedule is used?

the help files are very good in explaining this. Basically it lets you create a "Key" and when you chose that key value in a schedule all the info from that key is populated in the schdule. The common example is a room finish schedule. You create a schedule key where you indicate different room types, ie office, bathroom etc. and in the key schedule fill out the finishes. then select all the rooms that need those same finishes and go to the properties and chose the key value.
