How can I create a sloped pointed roof, by which my curtain walling will extend to meet up at the eaves level of the roof?

Can you post a sketch?

Model the roof, using Slope arrows to define the pitch for each face.
Another way is to create a mass family of the desired shape, then load into the project,
use the Massing tools to convert faces of the mass to roof.

The curtainwalls below can be attached to the roof above with the "attach" tool,
or the Mass could have wall faces which you convert to curtain systems.
