How can I create a glazed semi-circular roof?

You can do a roof by extrusion using a Sloped Glazing roof. You will need to add a Grid 1 and Grid 2 Pattern under Type properties.

Or you can load a mass and create a roof by face. Once again you will need to add a Curtain grid in order to see the roof as a semi-circle or barrel vault.
