ArchVision RPC plug-in error

Hi everyone.

I'm a student so i use autodesk education community's free software. I tried to render my design made with Revit Architecture and Structure in 3ds MAX design(i exported it as FBX FILE) and get this error:

Warning: Could not create RPC: Please verify that ArchVision's RPC plug-in for 3ds Max is installed.

I checked ArchVision's website and they say that i should have the plugin natively with 3d max as stated here:

"Some software, such as 3ds max, Autodesk VIZ, Revit, Architectural Desktop, Accurender, Bentley MicroStation J and V8, SGI Performer and Informatix Piranesi ship with the Plug-in natively."

why am i having this problem and how do i fix it.

The max plugin comes with Autodesk 3ds Max Design as part of the "Revit Visualization Suite." It normally comes bundles with the install cd, not sure where the download might be. In any case you should check with autodesk, not RPC, for the plugin.
