Material Takeoff too long

Hello, I have generated a material takeoff but it is too long to fit on my A1 drawing, How do I shorten or break it up so that it fits. NM

You'll need to duplicate the schedule view. In one, pick a fileld, such as material name, and use the filter options to limit it by level, name, area, something of your choosing. Then in the second version, you use the filters, and reverse the filed. That way you can get one schedule up to "M" in the name, and the second starts with "N" and goes on. Both schedules are "live", so that any changes in the project will still get reflected in one of the schedules.
